I’ve been taking Optimize for almost two weeks now but finally completed my first extended fast with it. Never before have I felt so great during such a long fast for the entirety of the fast. This product is SO GOOD. I was training hard for an ultramarathon this past year+ & didn’t find much time to get in fasts during that as fueling a ton was essential. Now that my ultra is done & a minor injury has put me out of running for a few months, I jumped back into intermittent fasting.
